ALSE informs all its members that based on the decision no.94 dated 13.06.2018 of AFSA, has changed its trading limits, block transaction value and tariffs and commisions as below:
- Minimal value of block transacations starting from 25.06.2018 will be 15,000,000 ALL,
- Dynamic Limits (±3% from the average price for Treasury Bills of Albanian Government and ±10 % from the average price for other securities),
- Static Limits (±10% from the last official trading day for Treasury Bills of Albanian Government and ±30% for other securities)

The Albanian Securities Exchange ALSE has now entered another phase, that of educating students of various universities, as well as ventures, on the importance of investing.
The Executive Director of ALSE Artan Gjergji explained to TV SCAN that they have begun to identify businesses with potential investments, as well as providing financial information and orientation to how to list their shares on the stock exchange.
Gjergji held an open lecture with finance and economics students as well as academic staff at a private university in the capital of Albania, explaining everything about the stock exchange, including the fact that it offers the possibility of increasing capital, investment and liquidity.
At the same time, the executive director of ALSE explained how to invest in the stock exchange.
Albanian Securities Exchange ALSE has started its activity on February 22, with the trading of government securities, treasury bills and bonds.
