Membership Requirements

The list of documents required for Membership at ALSE

  1. Membership agreement, using standard agreement approved by ALSE; Article 2201/1 (iii)
  2. Written Application, using standard form approved by ALSE; Article 2301/1 (i)
  3. Historical extract from National Center of Business (QKB); Article 2301/1 (ii)
  4. A copy of the license issued by AFSA that authorizes the Applicant to perform securities transactions; Article 2301/1 (iii)
  5. A copy of the Applicant’s broker license issued by AFSA; Article 2301/1 (iv)
  6. A copy of the contract/agreement between the Applicant and its broker including the result of the brokers’ test to use ETS System. Article 2301/1 (v)
  7. A copy of the template-agreement between the Applicant and his clients (where applicable) for whom he will trade. Article 2301/1 (vi)
  8. The Applicant’s contract with a clearing & settlement member (CSM) for the clearing and settlement of securities respectively on AFISAR/ALREG. Article 4701/3,4
  9. An agreement with AFISAR/ALREG regarding the Applicant’s accounts in securities. Article 4702/4
  10. The Applicant’s NUIS copy.
  11. A copy of the Attestation that the Applicant has paid fiscal obligation
  12. A document certifying the payment of financial obligations for membership in ALSE. Article 2401 (iii)
  13. Complies with any other criteria that ALSE can apply for the membership. Article 2201/1 (v)
