It is the third bank in Albania with the largest loan portfolio. Even though it is a relatively new bank in the Albanian banking system, Credins has known how to move forward with the flexibility of business crediting and its innovative ideas including universal banking services and investment.


ABI Bank was licensed from the Bank of Albania on October 2015 and it’s totally owned by Tranzit SHPK, an Albanian non-banking financial institution. It was originally created in 1998 as a branch of Greeks Commercial Bank (later known as Emporiki Bank s.a). In 2012, 100% of its shares were sold to IUB Holding, a French company. On October 2015, IUB Holding sold 100% of its Credit Agricole Bank of Albania to Tranzit Shpk. The bank is licensed to credit and deposit activities, payment services in Albania and beyond and other banking activities based on Albanian laws.
