Post-Trading

All of the transactions that will be negotiated and executed outside the official trading hours of ALSE will be called Off-Exchange Trades. All these transactions must be reported:

• during the official trading days, at the time of off-exchange (OFF1 and OFF2)
• on the other days, during the official working hours, from 9: 00 – 17:00 only by pre-notifying ALSE regarding the transaction via officially known electronic means (telephone or e-mail).

The trading hours during the official trading with regard to Off-Exchange Trades reporting are based on regulatory framework of ALSE.
