On its meeting of May 13th, 2020, the ALSE Supervisory Board approved the guidance of listing in Albanian Securities Exchange markets.
Following the work done for completion of ALSE regulatory framework, the listing guidance gives information to Albanian companies, interested to issue securities, or which are currently listed in the stock exchange, toward a more detailed view of listing processes.
Moreover, this guidance has the intention of guiding potential and existing issues on the:
- Procedures of delisting existing securities from stock exchange markets;
- Procedures of transferring securities in between stock exchange markets;
- Reporting procedures and obligations that listed companies have to be transparent and to disclose information to both, ALSE and public.
