On May 8th, 2019, at the premises of the University “Metropolitan Tirana” was organized an open lecture with topic “Capital Markets and Albanian Securities Exchange”. The participants of this event were members of academic and scientific staff as well as students of Economic Faculty at the university.
The Executive Director of Albanian Securities Exchange, Mr. Artan Gjergji made a summary of the latest macro developments in the domestic financial market, and was focused to the perspective of capital market and stock exchange development. Participants were interested regarding the stock exchange trading data during the first year as well as on brokerage firms as participants on the stock exchange.
At the end of the event, it was signed the cooperation agreement between Mr. Artan Gjergji and the president of the university Mr. Arjan Çukaj. This agreement will bring the cooperation of these institutions related with the education of students regarding the capital markets.
