Quotes of Investments Funds issued from Collective Investment Undertakings
- At the time of listing/quotation, the total Market Capitalization of quotes should be:
- at least €5.000.000 for quotes issued through a public offer,
- at least €1.000.000 for quotes issued through a private placement.
- At the listing time of a public offer, a considerable number of quotes should be free floated to the public. This number is considered so if at least its 20% is in the public hands. This criterion does not apply to private placement.
- At the time of listing approval via a public offer, the number of quotes-holders should be over 100 investors . This criterion does not apply to private placement.
On the Main Market shall be listed:
- All the quotes issued through a public offer,
- Market Capitalization is over €10.000.000,;
- The free floatation is over 50%,
- The number of quote-holders is over 250.;
On the Standard Market shall be listed:
- All the quotes issued through a public offer,;
- Market Capitalizationup to €10.000.000,;
- The free float should beup to 50%,;
- The number of quote-holders should be up to 250.;
On the Entry Market shall be listed:
- All the quotes issued through a private placement.
