Bonds and other Short-Term Debt Securities
On the Main Market shall be listed:
- Debt securities issued by the Government of Albania (treasury bills and bonds), Bank of Albania and local government (municipalities),
- All the debt securities issued from entities and institutions of central governance including corporative bonds and asset-backed securities,
- Short-term private debt securities (ex. commercial papers) with a nominal value of every issued class of securities over €3.000.000,
- Long-term private debt securities (ex. all the types of corporative bonds) with a nominal value of every issued class of securities over €10.000.000.
On the Standard Market shall be listed:
- Private debt securities issued through a Public Offer with a nominal value of every issued class of securities over €1.000.000
- Short-term private debt securities (ex. commercial papers) with a nominal value of every issued class of securities between the interval from €1.000.000 up to €3.000.000,
- Long-term private debt securities (ex. all the types of corporative bonds) with a nominal value of every issued class of securities between the interval from €1.000.000 up to €10.000.000.
On the Entry Market shall be listed:
- All private debt securities (short & long-term) issued through a Private Placement ,
- All private debt securities (short & long-term) with a nominal value of every issued class of securities not below €200.000.
