Mrs. Aida Naska (Lala) has an extensive knowledge in the field of financial management due to her academic studies and experience in the banking system.
In 2000 she graduated from Tirana University, Faculty of Economics, with a bachelor degree as “Accountant”, major in Finance. From 2009-2011 she completed her postgraduate studies and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New York Tirana and Kurt Bosch University, Sion, Switzerland.
Mrs. Naska (Lala) has practical knowledge of corporate and small-medium sized enterprises (SMEs), credit risk, and other supporting functions in the banking industry. She worked as a credit analyst in the lending sector at ProCredit Bank and the National Bank of Greece until 2003 when she originally joined Credins Bank as Vice-Director of the Credit Department and then as a Director Non-Performing Loans Department.
