ALSE Regulations

The regulatory framework governing the operation of the Stock Exchange ensures transparency, security, and investor protection in the securities markets.

This Regulation covers, from a regulatory perspective, the processes of Membership, Listing, Trading, Clearing, Settlement, Arbitration, Monitoring, and the Code of Conduct of Exchange Operators.

This Regulation aims to establish the conditions for a fair, transparent, continuous, verifiable, and efficient process for trading financial instruments on the Albanian Securities Exchange ALSE, through effective supervision and continuous monitoring of the market and its participants.

The purpose of this Regulation is to establish the standards and rules governing the coding procedures within the ETS System for: ALSE Members, Supervisors and External Market Observers, Individual Brokers, Issuers whose securities will be listed on ALSE, Securities to be listed on ALSE, Trading Accounts, ETS User Certificates, and the Trading Schedule.

ALSE Instructions

Pursuant to Chapter 4 of the Rules of the Albanian Securities Exchange ALSE, this Instruction establishes the procedures for the trading of securities through the ETS System, including Trading Days and Hours, Trading Cycles, Types of Transactions, and Price Limits.

  1. The process of issuance and listing on the Exchange;
  2. Procedures for the transfer of securities between the segments of the ALSE;
  3. Procedures for the delisting of securities from the ALSE;
  4. Procedures and obligations of listed companies to ensure the transparency and dissemination of information on the ALSE and to the public.
