LEGAL ENTITY
The third-largest bank in the Albanian financial system by the size of its loan portfolio. Although a relatively young bank in the Albanian banking system, Credins has managed to march quickly toward the country's largest banks, mainly due to its flexibility in business lending and its embrace of innovative ideas that go beyond conventional banking, including universal banking and investment banking services.

LEGAL ENTITY
American Bank of Investments SHA (trade name ABI Bank) was licensed by the Bank of Albania in October 2015 and is a subsidiary wholly owned by Tranzit SHPK, an Albanian non-bank financial institution. Originally established in 1998 as a branch of the Commercial Bank of Greece (later named Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A.), in 2012 it was sold to IUB Holding, a French joint-stock company and a 100% direct subsidiary of Credit Agricole S.A. In October 2015, IUB Holding sold 100% of the shareholder capital of Credit Agricole Bank Albania S.A. to Tranzit Sh.p.k. The bank is licensed to carry out lending and deposit activities, payment services within and outside Albania, as well as other banking activities in accordance with the applicable Albanian legislation.

LEGAL ENTITY
AK-Invest sh.a. is a "Non-Bank Financial Institution" licensed by the Bank of Albania since 2006 to offer payment and collection services, money transfer services (MoneyGram's representative in Albania), intermediation services for monetary transactions, services as a financial agent or advisor, and lending services to Albanian entrepreneurs.
