Professional Experience: Prof. Assoc. Dr. Elvin Meka currently serves as the Administrator of “Luarasi” University College.

Prof. Assoc. Dr. Elvin Meka has worked for various institutions, including the Bank of Albania (Issue Department, Monetary Operations Division), the Tirana Stock Exchange Department, the Tirana Stock Exchange JSC (General Director), the Albanian Association of Banks (Secretary General), and Emporiki Bank – Albania, Crédit Agricole Group (Chief Financial Officer – CFO).

He has served as a member of the Business Advisory Council (at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy), a member of the Board of the Mountainous Areas Development Agency (MADA), and Chairman of the Internal Audit Committee (at the Ministry of Finance). He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of “BANKIERI” Magazine, a publication of the Albanian Association of Banks (AAB), Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AK Invest, and a member of the Internal Audit Committee of INSIG.
