Albanian Securities Exchange (ALSE) Trains Students Participating in the #YOUARECREDINS Program Organized by Credins Bank on April 3–4

The Albanian Securities Exchange (ALSE) provided training to students from various universities participating in the #YOUARECREDINS program, initiated by Credins Bank. The program aims to recruit and train high-achieving students and prepare them for future careers in banking and financial markets. The program is designed to run for three months and combines theoretical training with practical experience. During the training, ALSE experts introduced the students to the functioning of the capital markets and the stock exchange. The students were then provided with a more detailed overview of ALSE’s operational processes, including Membership, Listing, Trading, and Clearing and Settlement.

The training also covered in detail the process of supervising and monitoring market participants operating on the ALSE Market. At the conclusion of the session, participants were given an overview of the legal and regulatory framework governing the activities of the stock exchange and capital markets. The training was highly interactive, with participating students actively engaging through questions on various topics related to the functioning of the Stock Exchange, the listing criteria for companies, the licensing of brokerage firms, and other relevant aspects of the capital markets.
