The Albanian Securities Exchange (ALSE), as part of its efforts to promote the development of Financial Education and in support of the cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Junior Achievement of Albania organization, participated in the nationwide training program for 12th-grade Economics teachers.
The activity aimed to strengthen teachers’ capacities in understanding the fundamental concepts of economics as a science, as well as their application in institutional, entrepreneurial, and individual practice, with the objective of facilitating the transfer of knowledge to 12th-grade students.
Throughout the nine-week training program (February–March 2019), the Albanian Securities Exchange (ALSE) introduced participants to the basic concepts of the capital market, its functioning, and investing in the Stock Exchange as a new means of financing and investment.
