PRESS RELEASE: ALSE is back to the standard schedules of the official trading hours

Through this press release, Albanian Securities Exchange (ALSE) notifies the public and its members that based on:

• The Order no. 256, date 10.04.2020, issued by the Ministry of Health “For the closure or restriction of movements in the Republic of Albania”,
• The decision issued by ALSE Supervisory Board no. 40, date 26.03.2020, and
• The official electronic notification regarding the changing to official standard operating hours sent by the Albanian Financial Instruments Settlement & Registration (AFISaR), which is the central depository administered from Bank of Albania,

trading hours for transactions in securities to be executed at ALSE markets, will be shifted back to the normal hours of the standard schedules as follows:

1. Trading Schedule only during the official trading days in the stock exchange (every Tuesday and Thursday)

2. Off – Exchange transactions executed out of the official trading days, respectively every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, during the hours 9:00 until 17:00.

This Schedule will be applicable starting from the April 15^th, 2020.
